SuperWebSales does not deliver to PO and APO/FPO box addresses.
The price in effect at the time of your order is the price you will be charged, plus shipping and applicable sales tax.
Products shipped to the state of Maryland will be charged applicable sales tax.
For all returns, shipping is pre-paid by the customer.
If your order arrives damaged, notify our Customer Service department so that we can track the return and issue your replacement or refund in a timely manner.
DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid. Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
Return Authorization(RA) numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account.
SuperWebSales does not allow re-routing of packages while in transit for security purposes.
SuperWebSales.com reserves the right to end or change our low shipping promotion at any time.
We are very cost conscious and want to avoid any un-needed expense to our customers. Please help us by being sure the address is correct and includes any unit, apt or suite #’s.
